Fashion weeks have been on extended hiatus for nearly a year, replaced by a schedule of videos and livestreams, perhaps the best of which today showcased @ルイ・ヴィトン’s AW21 menswear collection. #VirgilAbloh managed to simultaneously channel the energies of heist films, runways and music videos to debut his latest offering. Highlights included the first Black trans model to walk for Louis Vuitton, and #MosDef performing a series of original tracks in what looked like the best-dressed music video of all time.
