💕Throwback to filming my third part of my Mumma fit to be programme @fitness. Its a different time to be pregnant at the moment. I found today not easy and to be honest a bit overwhelming. We are going to have our good and bad days in this lockdown. I’m coming towards the end of my pregnancy and I’m starting with sickness and bad back pain. I’m super grateful to be expecting but I just want to be real about how I actually feel. I’m trying to do my best with Matilda with homeschooling but trying not to push Delilah out especially before the baby arrives so shortly. The whole time I just want to go to sleep. At least as mummy’s and pregnant mummy’s to be we can relate to each other we are not on our own and can call each other for support. I try and have a bit of me time when I get the girls to sleep. I enjoy working out or relaxing to my mumma fit to be programme and then watching a programme that isn’t Childrens television 😅. Mumma Fit To Be has perfect short workouts and the most relaxing meditation.
