Here are 4 things I’ve been doing everyday that has helped me:   1. Finding random things that inspire me and creating news looks from them. It’s easy for me to wear the same outfit or stay in sweats everyday since we’re not physically seeing anyone. So I’ll find random things, like this beautiful bouquet of flowers (thanks @lauraiz ), and create new looks that was inspired by it. This might sound silly but it allows me to stay creative and think outside of the box. As a creative I’ve found that I have to continuously use my creative muscles in order for me to produce great work and this has helped me do so.  2. I read for atleast 30 mins before going to bed (not work related) This allows me to shut off and drift off to another world or story which has been good for my mental health.   3. Prayer/ meditation in the morning. This allows me to start my day with a peace of mind and have a certain calmness thru out the day.  4. Go for a random walk- since Chloé is fully virtual learning at home this has forced me to step away from my computer when she “breaks” from her class. During this break we go for a little walk outdoors which has also been great for me mentally & physically.
