there are many incredible speeches to meditate on but this clip really hits for me bc my ancestors were white european immigrants who were given land and opportunities in america, while black slaves were freed and given NOTHING. the privilege runs deep! keep learning and doing the work. we must actively interrupt and dismantle the systems of white supremacy that our country was founded upon.
