You totally get me, have all the dirt on me and still haven’t sold me out. -So far so good 🤞🏼 Thanks for all the memories like: Letting me borrow all your “office clothes” when I started a corporate job at 19, all the dog coffee mugs, “sick days” from work by the pool with wine spritzers ( the early years), for taking me in and helping me bridge the gap from home and the big bad world, and believing me that it wasn’t me that let the dog diarrhea all over the house then said, “bye!” + the one who put the mysterious extra miles on the truck when you were out of town..😤 Thanks for letting me use your place as a crash pad on weekends in Laguna, use the washer/ dryer when I was too poor to afford the laundry mat. Thanks for the gas money to get back home too. Thanks for begrudgingly providing multiple boxes of tissues then mocked me as I strewn them all over the bed in pathetic fashion when I had a sinus infection and strep throat...Florence Knightengale you are not. Thanks for all the yard sales and emergency trips in town to cheer me up when I was sad or was going through a break-up. I’ll never forget all these memories and so many more ( OH! I forgot the Ojai Valley Inn trip after graduation. 💨😆 ) It’s been a lifetime of good times. I look forward to the second half century with you Sissy. You are an amazing teacher, a wonderful Mother, a faithful and loving wife and supportive friend. Donovan is lucky to have an awesome Aunt in you too to take his side when I am on his case.
