Find the link in our profile and in stories. #soschmecktveganuary  *RECIPE*  Like Chicken - Spinach Salad (ingredients for 2 persons)  Like Chicken salad: 180g „Like Chicken“ 300g beetroot 2 tbsp olive oil 300g cauliflower 25g spinach 25g arugula 1 onion 1/2 pomegranate 1 avocado  Dressing: 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1-2 tbsp lemon juice 2-3 tbsp olive oil 1 pinch of chilli salt & pepper  Preheat oven to 225°C/450°F top-and bottom heat. Peel beetroot, cut into smaller pieces, toss in olive oil and place on a baking sheet with baking paper - leave space for the cauliflower. Bake for 10 minutes. Rinse cauliflower, cut into smaller pieces, toss in olive oil and place on the baking sheet after the 10 minutes, then bake beetroot and cauliflower for another 10 minutes - season afterwards. Place spinach and arugula on 2 plates, add slices of onion, add pomegranate seeds and avocado slices. Fry the „Like Chicken“ in a non-sticking pan with a bit vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy, then spread on the salad. Like Chicken - Spinach Salad (ingredients for 2 persons)

Like Chicken salad:
180g „Like Chicken“
300g beetroot
2 tbsp olive oil
