It was part of the @hennessyus mural tour we did that year, which started in Los Angeles, then Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Berlin, Johannesburg, and ended in Toronto. It was a blast! This mural in Philly featured an older Lotus Diamond image, a more decorative piece representing my work's other side. One side of my work is provocative and agitational, with many political messages. Still, I think art can be beautiful and implicitly promote peace and many other values that I believe are positive. I try to have rhythm between the imagery that's more aggressive and what's not. This mural went over well with the folks in Philadelphia, and I was pleased with it!⁠⠀ I look forward to traveling safely again and working on murals with my crew; hopefully, we can do that later this year.
