Fall in love with training your weak points until they’re your strongest. I have so many people asking me about how I train legs. The biggest thing is consistency. It’s easy to skip leg day but don’t do it.

Quad day from Swole program- working off % of one rep max.

1. Front Squats- 12/10/8/6
2 min rest between each set.

2. Leg press (wide stance) 12/10/8/6.

3. Barbell walking lunge (can use DB). 12/12/12 - each leg do 12 reps.

Super set- Perform back to back and then rest.

4a. Leg extension 15/15/15
4b. Close stance 15/15/15
