Summer 2019. Our last tour. We’d been touring continuously every year since 2012. There’s a kind of momentum that builds when you perform that consistently with the same people for years. I was excited about the place we had reached live last year, Musicians know that you hit certain plateaus with performing as years go on and they can be the points where things evolve. I think we were in an interesting place when we left off and was looking forward to continuing that momentum and taking this tour Europe last year, Which is a place we have not spent a lot of time the last decade performing. Here’s a clip of the ending of Epro when the song disintegrates and the arrangement ends. A bit of chaos and freedom. A product of growing up at sonic youth shows and The frayed edges of our time.
