Growing up with so many different cultures around us, both physically and digitally, I know there are many that struggle with the crisis of identity as I did. Therefore, it’s so important for me to speak out against this type of hate. I speak out so that others can find the strength and solidarity to do the same. I will continue to speak out against this hate, not to give a platform to those who spread it, but to shed light on the importance of the kindness of love. Love is not black and white. Love is kind and all embracing. Love knows no boundaries. Through love, @olegbuller and I have been able to adopt each other’s culture and heritage as our own, with mutual respect and admiration. This year has been a difficult and divisive one for many of us around the world. There are much greater dilemmas in the world today, than spending your time and energy on hate.
