I hope you’re sitting comfortably 😂 1. Always have a fuck off fund You never know when you need to escape from a shitty situation, relationship or job. So make sure when that rainy day hits hard, you have savings, or what I like to call a fuck off fund. Which allows you to, well you know, fuck off! 2. If you are the smartest person in the room - you are in the wrong room This might shock many but I am no brain surgeon 😂 in order to grow you need to surround yourself with people who have life experience and also know a fact or two. 3. Your 20’s are about making mistakes and having fun In my early twenties I was in such a rush to grow up. I moved in with a boyfriend, got a dog and put my all into work that when everything came crashing down, it made me realise that our youth is short. Thankfully I have made up for it now 😂 the rest of my 20’s have been nothing but fun mixed with valuable lessons. It’s given me some great stories to tell, that’s for sure! 4. Stand up for yourself For a long time I feared upsetting people and dropped my boundaries in a bid to be liked. Long story short, it never worked. Putting yourself first and understanding that you can’t please everyone is one of the most life changing things you can do. 5. Ignore what people think, it’s what you think that matters If I listened to people’s opinion of me I would never leave the house. When I first started writing/modelling/presenting I had a lot of people giving me their opinion. Luckily I am gifted at blocking out negative noise so I kept at it, achieved what I wanted and here we are! 6. Trust your gut Whether you are dating someone or in the process of making a decision, if your gut is twitching or screaming that something is wrong, then listen. Our intuition is the most powerful instinct that we have. So use it. 7. Exercise is the key to happiness Working out makes me happy and helps to get my thoughts in order. Whenever I’m stressed or trying to solve a problem, I’ll go for a run.」1月11日 2時50分 - stinasanders

It’s my Dirty 30 today 🎉 and thought it was appropriate to post myself in my birthday suit 😂🥳

I’d also like to share with you all 30 things I’ve learned before reaching 30. I hope you’re sitting comfortably 😂

1. Always have a fuck off fund

You never know when you need to escape from a shitty situation, relationship or job. So make sure when that rainy day hits hard, you have savings, or what I like to call a fuck off fund. Which allows you to, well you know, fuck off!

2. If you are the smartest person in the room - you are in the wrong room

This might shock many but I am no brain surgeon 😂 in order to grow you need to surround yourself with people who have life experience and also know a fact or two.

3. Your 20’s are about making mistakes and having fun

In my early twenties I was in such a rush to grow up.

4. Stand up for yourself

For a long time I feared upsetting people and dropped my boundaries in a bid to be liked. Long story short, it never worked. Putting yourself first and understanding that you can’t please everyone is one of the most life changing things you can do.

5. Ignore what people think, it’s what you think that matters

If I listened to people’s opinion of me I would never leave the house. When I first started writing/modelling/presenting I had a lot of people giving me their opinion. Luckily I am gifted at blocking out negative noise so I kept at it, achieved what I wanted and here we are!

6. Trust your gut

Whether you are dating someone or in the process of making a decision, if your gut is twitching or screaming that something is wrong, then listen. Our intuition is the most powerful instinct that we have. So use it.

7. Exercise is the key to happiness

Working out makes me happy and helps to get my thoughts in order. Whenever I’m stressed or trying to solve a problem, I’ll go for a run.
