Quarantine/Lockdown Cooking. My Sunday Roast Chicken Casserole JB style. I blame jet lag for the Camera screw up in the middle section! Oops! @bistogravyuk @evooilsprayer Jb

Ingredients:
Pre cooked 1/2 roast Chicken
1 small Courgette
2/3 Carrots
Potatoes (not 1 lol but 5 small ones)
Peas
2 small Parsnips
2 small Tomatoes
Kale
Spinach
1 Chopped Garlic clove
1 table spoon of Olive Oil
1 small Red onion
Pepper (to taste)
Splash of Worcestershire Sauce
(The Secret Gravy)
Bisto Chicken gravy granules.
Cook low heat for 2 hours.
