Keleti maintains a positive mindset despite having survived the Holocaust, and being kicked off her gymnastics team in 1941 for being Jewish. In 1952 she made her Olympic debut at 31, winning gold for the floor exercise as well as a silver and a bronze. Keleti went on to win 7 more titles but says she values more the experience gained from traveling than her gold medals.
