Although he fought like hell to hit triple digits, I couldn’t be more proud to know he got to see the @Dodgers on top again, where he knew we belonged. Everyone who has met Tommy has a generational story to tell. He always took the time to chat, never rushed out on you, and made you feel like a champion. He is one of the greatest leaders and motivational speakers I have ever met and my only regret is that I never got to play for him. Growing up in Southern California, Tommy was a legend. I remember as a kid he would show up to parks and high schools to watch youth games because he simply loved the game of baseball.
