Missed my family like crazy but didn’t get sick at all (only tested because I lost my sense of taste and smell temporarily). Nothing but respect and sympathy for all those suffering or grieving ~ and to all those on the front line. But also ~ because the fear can be overwhelming and for most, and definitely for me, the isolation is more challenging than the illness, I’m sharing my experience. (And I love being alone!) Huge thanks to my friends for spoiling me rotten in so many ways ~ they know who they are. & to my daughter for sporadic but sweetest room service - - - - > 💗 (I like the ‘ANYTHING ELSE?’ box best). Treated every day like a long haul flight ~ stretch, read, nap, movie, repeat... All mixed up with virtual chatterbox love bombing and infinite dog snuggles. Lucky beyond. Be cool, be kind.
