[Request to customers visiting our store]
To lower risk of Covid-19 infection, masks are required when entering the store, and use hand sanitizer at the entrance. We also take your temperature.

When visiting the store, please follow the Social Distancing rules below.
・please refrain from visiting the store if you have any concerns about your physical condition on the day.
・Please keep social distancing of 1.5 to 2m as specified by the government inside or outside the store.
・To lower risk of Covid-19 infection, please follow the above rules and follow instructions of the store staff. If you do not follow the above protocols, you may be asked to leave and we may refuse all purchases and entry at MEDICOM TOY official shops in the future.
