thinking back to meeting a wonderful group of women who ran their own mushroom growing business up a steep winding hillside above lake atitlán in guatemala. meeting people, crossing languages, backgrounds and cultures is a joy and i can’t wait for the privilege to travel again in the future. until then i’ll eat mushrooms at home 🍄
