Made it to the other side of the holidays + our training program launch week! 👏🏻 << barely 😆 >> Took some progress photos - happy to have at least maintained my pre-Thanksgiving weight. My lifting on the other hand suffered a good bit... I worked about 3 times as many hours from my norm this last month 👉🏼 so most of my training sessions were skipped or rushed. I really preach ditching the “all or nothing” mentality to my clients- so I focused on doing as well as I could when things couldn’t be dialed in. The approach to Nutrition and Training doesn’t have to be black or white in terms of success or fail. I think those areas of grey when you adhere to your plan at least > 50% instead of just saying “screw it” is what is a big difference maker for long term success. Having things dialed in 100% year round for multiple years strung together isn’t feasible... but bringing your best effort to the table on any given day IS.👌🏼 I’m sooo happy to get back to focusing on my own fitness goals a bit more again now! 🤗 This next season is all about the gainzz for me 💪🏼 and hopefully a little bit more body fat reduction will be a nice side effect!
