This post is about Seahawks Legend Ron Howard recounting some of his favorite memories as a member of the Seahawks. What is even more special is that Coach Howard was my middle school Gym Teacher and was also my High School Track and Assistant Basketball Coach for Rainier Beach 1995-1998. I have been blessed to know Coach Howard as he's been like a Father to me along with many other kids now Men.
Listening to his champion mindset as Coach Howard also was Tight End for the Dallas Cowboys winning a Super Bowl Ring and actually seeing that ring made me believe that anything is possible with hard work, being a good listener and exhibiting a killer instinct toward my goals. I could go on and on about Coach Howard and will probably share more another time but until then enjoy the video as he is a true Legend in Football and even more for his commitment to educating youths in South End of Seattle.
