Of many things I hope we all experience more of this year, peace of mind ranks amongst the highest.
Peace of mind helps us see things as they are and not as we wish them to be. It helps us proceed with clarity in the midst of chaos so we can make a fulfilling decision. Ive learned (in many instances the hard way) that peace-of-mind isn’t any coincidence but the greater sum of small, even habitual, decisions we make every day so this year, I’m improving my communication habits, on every level because for me, not communicating enough leads to chaos in my mind, my relationships and ultimately my reality.
