I hope that this new year teaches us all to become more perceptive, empathetic and compassionate. After all, what is the human race without the desire to lift and help one another? • Personally, this past year has given me so much room to grow on a mental and emotional level. I am so grateful for all the hardships God has given me, as it is due to 2020 that I have come to realize why the pain and heartache were necessary in order for me to be the person I am today. FORGIVENESS has been one of the key concepts I have come to understand this year. For a decade, my judgment had been clouded by anger and resentment to the extent to which I was incapable of seeing my true purpose in life. • Though I would love to go on for days about my spiritual transformation, all I can say is forgive.
