I love making this because I'm able to make it during my lunch and still have extra time to chill.⁠
Everything is made in one pan, so it's easy clean up as well.⁠
To make this I used:⁠
5 oz chicken breast, but you can switch up the protein.⁠
1.5 tbsp olive oil⁠
@Flavorgod Seasonings Chipotle seasoning⁠
2 oz asparagus⁠
1.5 cup frozen cauliflower rice⁠
Today is day 6 of the clean keto challenge and I am feeling AMAZING!⁠
The hardest days were day 2 and 3 where I really wanted keto treats sooo bad, but cravings for sweets now have mostly gone away 🙌🏼. I was feeling tired the first few days and that is gone now too. Today on day 6 I have more energy than I've had since starting the challenge and I'll be finally working out today. Headaches are gone completely as well. I did get the courage to finally prick my finger and checked my ketones and I was at .8 🙌🏼.⁠
My goal is to lose 6 lbs during this 2 week challenge, and I will be sharing results when the 2 weeks are over. But it hasn't even been a week and I almost reach that goal 😱🤗. Following clean keto truly does amazing things!⁠
