As this year comes to a close, look back, how did you change? Did you grow? 今年もうすぐ終わります、反映しましたか？ どのように変化しましたか、何を学びましたか？

For me, I learned 2 major things.
1) I learned more about how to deal with life when things don’t go according to plan.
I’m a organized and scheduled person, I don’t like when things don’t go according to plan. This year taught me a lot about patience and dealing with that.

2) I do a LOT for others, work hard, and never used to make time for me, I felt it was selfish.
I learned to put myself first and how important being good to me, making sure I rest and indulge in me is important! Don’t be scared to put ME first.

私にとって、私は2つの主要なことを学びました。
1）物事が計画通りに進まないときに人生にどう対処するかについてもっと学びました。
私は組織的でスケジュールされた人です。物事が計画どおりに進まないときは好きではありません。 今年は私に忍耐とそれに対処することについて多くを教えてくれました。

2）私は他の人のためにたくさんのことをし、皆ために一生懸命働くこと頑張ってる、私のために時間を作ることもありませんでした、それは利己的だと感じました。
私は自分自身を第一に考え、自分にとって良いことの重要性を学びました。休息を取り、自分にふけることが重要です。 私を最優先することを恐れないでください。
