I downloaded @fitonapp and committed to workouts 6 days a week, for even just 30 minutes (sometimes more like 20). My cardio endurance has vastly improved, I love how strong I feel, and I can’t wait to keep going! I don’t own a scale so I have no idea what I weighed then vs what I weigh now. I try to eat well, but I don’t always win the battle. Plus, life is short, right? What’s important to me is feeling good in my body, and I can honestly say that I feel healthy, happy, and STRONG.
