A Rare snowfall at the Shaolin Temple, in Dengfeng, Henan, birthplace of Kungfu, does not stop the martial monks from practicing their art. The monks are here to study Buddhism and practice Kungfu. There are some 60 martial arts academies to take care of the 50,000 Kungfu enthusiasts who visit here from around the world to learn from the masters. This UNESCO World Heritage site is also the cradle of Chinese Zen (Chan) Buddhism.
