今日は、HOTEL GRAPHY NEZUから徒歩２分にある、2019年4月にできた、ベーカリーショップ併設のビストロ、「CISE（チセ）」を紹介します。⁠⠀

『CISE』（チセ）⁠⠀
アイヌ語で『家』を表し、その名前の通り、笑顔の素敵なスタッフがアットホームな雰囲気を作っています。⁠⠀

こちらでは、新富町の名店「Coulis（クーリ）」で9年半修行を積んだ宮武シェフによる、創作フレンチとワインを楽しむことが出来ます。⁠⠀

メニューはシェフの故郷である北海道から取り寄せた食材を使ったフレンチをベースにしつつも、ジャンルにとらわれない料理をアラカルトからコース(3800円～）で楽しむことが出来ます。⁠⠀

また料理だけでなく、自家製酵母を使用し手ごねで低温長時間発酵させた、バゲットやフォカッチャ、食パンやチャバタなどの日替わりのパンを楽しめるのもciseの魅力です。⁠⠀

Today, I would like to introduce "CISE", a bistro with a bakery shop opened on April 2019, which is a 2-minute walk from HOTEHY GRAPHY NEZU.⁠⠀

In here, you can enjoy creative French cuisine and wine by Chef Miyatake, who has trained for nine and a half years at the famous restaurant "Coulis" in Shintomi Town.⁠⠀

”CISE" actually means "Home" in Ainu language, the aborigines people from Hokkaido.⁠　⁠⠀
And as the name say, smiley staffs makes cozy atmosphere.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
The menu is based on French cuisine made from ingredients ordered from the chef's hometown, Hokkaido, but you can enjoy variety dishes from the a la carte to course (starting at 3,800 yen).⁠⠀

In addition to cuisine, you can enjoy daily bread such as baguettes, focaccia, bread and ciabatta, which are fermented at low temperature for a long time by hand using homemade yeast.⁠⠀

Tip : They are the only one to serve sea urchin french toast which is excellent !!⁠ (See picture 6)⁠⠀
