As this year wraps up I’ve been reliving memories of the highs and the lows. One of the things @saraagahfranti and I committed to was to be 100% healthy, 90% of the time. We both upped our daily workout regimes but also remembered to have the occasional giant bowl of homemade caramel popcorn, chocolate cake, or pancake breakfast. Through it all we’ve tried to balance our desire to be our physical best without beating ourselves up for not being “perfect” (whatever the eff that is). Anyway, back to the story, Sara and I have played basketball, yoga, weightlifting, ran, underwater weight training, boxing, surfing, swimming, HIIT training, @fariasfitnessllc, @theclass and 10k steps of walking a day, and almost every tuesday night enjoy 2 for 1 pizzas at @milkandmadu. In between pizza nights we eat lots of great clean food, salads, curries, veggies, vegetable protein shakes, all with happy and vigorous conversations about the fullness of life.
