On the last #selfcaresunday of 2020, I want to take a moment and emphasize the importance of YOU. Now let’s be real - I def don’t have all of my resolutions for the new year figured out yet 🤷🏽‍♀️ But I do know that this year has forced me to recognize how important it is to show up for yourself. To me, that means doing things that help keep my mind right - including lots of crystals, breathing exercises, meditation and self care. As we close the chapter on this year, I encourage you to take a bit of YOU time and give yourself some extra lovin’. Whether that be through your fave face mask + guided breathing or tacos + tequila (or all of the above if you’re like me), you deserve it 💞
