Enduring toxic behavior can squeeze the life out of someone, and it’s not to be trifled with or minimized. You will be in the loop of insanity. It is likely that toxic people learn their behaviour during their own childhood, either by being uncovered by toxic behaviour of others or by being overestimated without being taught the key quality of empathy.
