I , at first, started to try to find a space bubble to use in this scene in our movie Christmas On Mars... we shot this scene in 2003 ( I think) but I could never find a “ space Bubble” so we shot it knowing the space ship( space bubble ) would be computer animation.. which ended up looking really cool. My original idea was to arrive ( on Mars .. in the scene in the movie ) like the Good Witch of The West arrives in OZ in the movie The Wizard Of Oz... ha.. but like I said // we couldn’t find one .. then later in 2004 a guy in Italy got ahold of us and sent us a “ water walking bubble “ that his company made.. it arrived just a few days before we left to go out and play the Coachella festival.. ( I was thinkin I might use it in some scenes for Christmas On Mars that we hadn’t shot yet) .. and I decide to take it to Coachella and , at the very beginning of our set, I would get in it and walk on top of the giant crowd. I only told a few people cause everyone ( including the security squad on stage at Coachella) would’ve just said NO!! NO FUCKING WAY!!! ...」12月28日 4時48分
