What an incredible story. “A few weeks ago, my favorite podcast The Daily (NYT) asked listeners to send in some good news of 2020! I sent in a lil voice memo of meeting my neighbor, Cami, and it made it on today’s episode! They put a super shortened version of the story on air but it’s sweeeet. Back in April, Ryan and I heard somebody playing violin outside after the 8pm cheer for the frontline workers. We went to investigate and saw the coolest teenager playing violin in her front yard! I asked if she knew the Bach Double Violin Concerto and she said she did so I asked if we could play it the next week together and she agreed! I showed up the next week and we had both practiced the first violin part! 😆 So I hopped on the second part and fudged my way through. Not my best performance!
