She is the author of the incredible read - #MoreThanEnough - which tackles racism, sexism, ageism, power, privilege, self-care, & what success really means. 💫 • Need a lesson in all things meditation? Take it from my personal meditation teacher @lightwatkins. Light has been practicing and teaching in the meditation space since 1998 and he now has taught more than 2000 people from all walks of life (and thousands more online) all over the world to meditate. #BlissMore is one of my personal favorites that is an absolute game-changer in finding your inner bliss. ☁️ • @AKidsBookAbout was founded by the amazing @jelanimemory starting with the book - A Kids Book About Racism. They create books with the intention of diving into challenging, empowering, and important topics that are told by diverse authors who know that topic first-hand. These books are my son’s favorites an amazing resource for all those harder, but important conversations you have with your kiddos. And they offer a subscription service so it’s always something to look forward to. 💡 • Lastly, we have @harrietts_bookshop which is owned by the incredible and creative Jeannine Cook and named for historical heroine Harriet Tubman.
