Beatrix Potter was a big part of that. We had a little holiday cottage in Howarth and I had the full set of Peter Rabbit books we’d read together. I also had a Tom Kitten plate that I was REALLY attached to haha. . I love experiencing that magic again through Darcy and Pearl’s eyes so I’m SO glad to work with @skyTV to tell you about their new show Roald and Beatrix, The Tail of The Curious Mouse. It’s a 90 minute Christmas Special on Sky One that launches on 24th December at 8:15pm. It stars Dawn French (a personal fave) and feels like it’ll be SUCH a nice thing to cuddle up and watch. I’m getting my blankets and chocolates out now! . As if this collaboration couldn’t get any better, Sky let me work with @LindaBlacker! Ohhh hhiiiiiiii!! Linda and I go way back and in all my years in the biz, I’ve never met anyone who creates like her! She has made this amazing image as our interpretation of Flopsy, Mopsy and Cotton Tail in their little winter coats! Pearl thinks it’s actual magic! I can’t cope! . It has been nothing but a pleasure to tell you about this new Christmas show (I can’t wait to watch it with my family) and even more of a pleasure to work with Linda and Sky this year. .
