BRUISED BUT NOT BROKEN.
Suffered a fairly serious foot injury during our EMTC Qualifiers.
Thankfully no broken bones but some bone bruising and a stress reaction. Which means crutches and no badminton for a few weeks. And no Thailand 1000 trip 😔
But it does mean I get to rest and recover at home.
Being very well looked after by the docs, physios and coaches 🙏🏼
