All you need is 1 mini band (if you don’t have, don’t worry, just do it without, it will still burn🔥🔥 TRUST ME😉)
WORKOUT METHOD👇🏽
50 reps of each - EACH SIDE, not each exercise (YUP, you heard that right😜)
🌀1 round
😴rest when needed, but try to rest as little as possible!
1️⃣DONKEY STRAIGHT LEG SIDE TO SIDE
2️⃣DONKEY 1 ¼ REPS
3️⃣FIRE HYDRANTS 1 ¼ REPS
4️⃣HIP HINGE ABDUCTIONS (3) INTO JUMP
