HOW TO MAKE JOSIE'S BUTTER:
-Clean out a glass jar that has a secure lid!
-Fill up the jar halfway with fresh cream
-Put the lid on the jar and shake, shake, shake until the cream separates and you feel something solid (that's the butter!) hitting the sides of the jar
-Once you have a good chunk of butter in the jar, use a strainer to drain the buttermilk (make sure to save it for pancakes and fried chicken!)
-Rinse your butter so there's no buttermilk left on it and add whatever you'd like to enhance the flavor (salt, truffles, herbs!)
-Enjoy or gift to someone you love! 💚
