Microwave it for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.⁠ .⁠ For the chicken I seasoned 3 cutlets with salt, pepper and @flavorgod lemon and garlic. Pan sear in avocado oil till browned on both sides then remove to a plate.⁠ .⁠ To the drippings I added 1/4 an onion finely diced. Once soft I added a tablespoon of chopped garlic. Sauté for 1 minute then add 2 tablespoons of butter.⁠ Once thick add 1/3 a cup of chicken broth.⁠ Add the juice of half a big lemon.⁠ Add 1/2 a cup of heavy cream.⁠ 1-2 teaspoons of @flavorgod lemon and garlic seasoning. Let reduce by 1/3 then add 1/4 a cup of grated Parmesan. Stir and add the chicken with collected juice back in.⁠ .⁠ Let reduce till thickened and the chicken is cooked through. It was super tender and juicy cooked in the sauce.⁠ Top the cauliflower rice with the chicken and sauce.⁠ .⁠ .⁠ For the bacon fried Brussel Sprouts I used a bag of frozen shredded Brussels sprouts with a garlic sauce and pan fried it in a skillet like the directions say. But I used bacon grease and added the chopped bacon in at the end.
