INGREDIENTS (~4 servings)
* Pound of shrimp
* about 6oz chicken sausage or Kielbasa
* 1 red bell & orange bell pepper, diced
* 1 small onion, diced
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 tbs cajun seasoning; i used @Flavorgod Seasonings
* 1/2 tsp cayenne and paprika
* 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
* 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1/4 cup chicken stock
* 1 cup shredded Parmesan
* 2 packages Palmini spaghetti (or other pasta alternative)
* 1 tbs butter
* 1 tbs avocado or olive oil

METHOD
* Prep noodles according to package and set aside. Boiling helps to soften!
* Heat skillet with oil. Pan sear the kielbasa till nicely browned.
* Add in onions and stir around for 2mins. Add in garlic until fragrant about 15 seconds - do not burn.
*Add in the seasonings and spices - stir to release flavor.
* Add in peppers and mix around a bit (3-4mins) but don’t overcook so it doesn’t get mushy.
* Melt in butter and add in shrimp. Toss to cover shrimp with all other ingredients. Cook about 2mins. Don’t overcook your shrimp - it will cook in the process and you don’t want a tough shrimp.
*Turn stove to medium high; add in chicken stock, then cream. Stir around and let it simmer on medium heat about 2 minutes but don’t let it get too thick
*Add in cheese and Throw in “pasta”. Mix well with the sauce and infrequent.
*Top with parsley, some red pepper flakes & serve!
