Our Pillow Bag in Black leather photographed by @aya_since1998 🖤 I designed the pillow bag in 2012, the initial inspiration was the iconic surfer velcro wallets from the 80’s and 90’s but for the pillow bag the proportions were blown up like a balloon. At the time, magazines compared the inflated proportions of the bag to the pop sculptures of Jeff Koons which were so much fun [balloon dog, the tulips...]. The entire production of the bag was made in France, we quilted the bags in Lyon and use the very talented craftsman at The Atelier Andre Renaud through a LVMH referral to make the bag one by one, by hand in Paris. The Bag was launched during Paris Fashion Week for the Fall 2013 collection.
