My family is small and unique because my dads younger brother married my mothers younger sister, my amazing Aunt Cheryl. We are an incredibly close family and he was my only real Uncle. He was without question one of the best ..He was the husband , brother and father you dream of.. selfless , kind, honest and humble. He was content and calm and when he spoke it was always just the right thing and never to much. To know him was to love him. My Aunt and Uncle were the real life #notebook couple and like the movie it was the devastating disease of #alzheimers that took him away. As a mother of two inseparable boys I cannot fathom my fathers pain saying goodbye to his baby and only brother. A bond between brothers runs deep and remains unbreakable 😪 . Uncle Phillip, I love you and will miss you beyond, but I know you are at peace now with the angels.
