Iya Villaniaさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Iya VillaniaInstagram)「Okay, so this is milk collected ALL from my right boob while Alana fed from the left 😂 I once upon a time tried to lessen feeds from my right and increased feeds on my left hoping the latter would catch up (law of supply and demand) and eventually produce evenly, but what I ended up with was decreased supply in my main boob (right) and no increase in the weaker boob 😖 so now that this is my 3rd chance to figure things out, I’ve decided to quit with trying to have even producing boobs and just embrace what little milk one boob makes and ALL THE MILK the other produces 😂 my style right now is, have Alana feed from the left (since direct feeding allows for Alana to really empty out that boob, also coz they’re more efficient when feeding directly) and then collect what I can from my right using a haakaa 😊 I don’t know about you but I would prefer 8oz of milk with UNEVEN boobies over 4oz with even boobs 😅 My husband better be okay with that too coz I’M FEEDING YOUR CHILD, BRO! 🤣 What’s your breastfeeding journey like? 😆 And yes, I take @megamalunggay everyday.
