Suzanne and Andrew were on vacation in Florida when her water broke halfway through her pregnancy. The couple had to stay in the hospital for 10 weeks. They were stranded and away from home, without a support system. Unprepared, tired, and without clean clothes, Andrew requested a ride to the local laundromat with Uber. His driver that day was Kristin. Her kindness would get them through tough times and change their lives. “About 20 minutes after dropping me off, Kristin showed back up at the laundromat. She had gone to the grocery store and bought us bags full of snacks, toiletries, and other essentials for hospital living,” Andrew shares. “And that was just the start.
