2lbs ground beef⁠
1 bag @greatlowcarb elbow pasta⁠
1 green bell pepper⁠
1 red bell pepper⁠
1/2 orange bell pepper⁠
1 large sweet onion⁠
1 jar of @raoshomemade marinara⁠
1 can petite diced tomatoes⁠
1 1/2 cups beef bone broth⁠
1 tsp @eatdrinkloverepeat Italian seasoning⁠
2 tbsp @Flavorgod Seasonings Italian Zest⁠
2 tbsp Garlic Lovers seasoning⁠
1) Brown the burger in a stock pot.⁠
2) While the burger is browning, chop your veggies.⁠
3) After burger is browned, dump into a colander to drain. Dump veggies in same pot, cook while stirring about 5 minutes.⁠
4) Dump burger back in pot and mix.⁠
5) Add the marinara and bone broth. Stir to combine.Add the seasonings. Add macaroni ( uncooked ) and fold in. Cover and let simmer for 45 minutes, occasionally stirring. You CANNOT over simmer this. After about 45 minutes, we shut off the heat and just left it covered for about a half hour. Add whatever you like on top.
