My thoughts… I see alignment as living our lives according to the universe’s plan and in synergy with our true selves and values. It’s a deep inner knowing that we are exactly where we are supposed to be. Ideally accompanied by feelings of balance, a state of flow and positive emotions like bliss and happiness. I personally feel like our inner guidance system knows when we are living in alignment or not. This can be challenging to face and course correct if you know you are not where you should be. Especially if we have dedicated time and energy. I’ve been there. We receive signals of incongruency, whatever that might be. Maybe nothing seems to work out right… You’re tired, angry, unhappy, reactive, pissed off at the world. Sometimes we don’t hear these signals or choose to be hyper aware of them. Maybe we hear them but don’t acknowledge them… or throw out the “ya but” and other justifications. I think it’s natural to experience challenging things and hard days even when you are in alignment. But if every day is this way, something is not correct. What does that do to someone when they know deep down they are not in alignment but you not make changes? Can they reach the greatest potential of themselves? I think alignment & misalignment happens to all of us. But we need to be extremely present and conscious to be aware of these messages. Without consciousness, we cannot do what we need to do or properly fulfill our individual mission. What does alignment mean to you?
