At a juncture that has made me see parts of people I don’t think I can get around at the moment. I haven’t posted in quite some time because I’m not really sure what to say with such devastation everywhere. I do feel compelled to talk about the deep self centered, selfish behavior that is making me so so sad. It will never be unseen now. The lack of care for one another and looking out for our neighbor has never been so abundantly clear. Not sure how we got here. Or maybe we’ve always been here and social media just brings it to the forefront. I don’t know. What I do know is people are dying. They are losing their loved ones, losing their jobs, homes, savings business, and hope. Hope for better. This isn’t about a vaccine or politics. It’s about people being responsible for one another and the earth they live on TOGETHER. You don’t exist here Alone. To every health care worker who has tried so hard to save a strangers life and every person who is helping at this time- I’m eternally grateful and bow to you. To everyone else who believes their life is more important and rules don’t apply to them, or kindness or basic human decency, maybe it’s time to take a look at yourself. And for all those who STILL at this time don’t know how to read a room and maybe not post some self centered bullshit for a few months!? I don’t know, I just believe people can be better. I’d like to offer up some kindness. If anyone who follows me here is in need of basic food items, or basic needs or can’t afford to buy something for your child for Xmas leave me a note here.
