Since the pandemic, I have been so grateful for my mediation practice, @Zivameditation, thanks to my teacher/CEO of zivaONLINE, @EmilyStellaFletcher. For the past 9 months, I have made meditation a non-negotiable practice that I do twice a day for 15 min each time. I have to admit that my anxiety and the quality of my life in general has improved dramatically! I have compared the last 9 months to the last 15 years of therapy that has also been very helpful when it comes to my mental health.
