RePosted @repost4ig • As human beings we can choose what to do with our pain. It is energy. We can STORE IT- as it becomes a black hole within, a wound that divides our energy and lessens our Possibility. We can ALLOW IT- let it rise, bloom… flow through us with as much equanimity as possible until perhaps it releases or composts into mysteriously useful material. Or— we can CONVERT IT. As humans we can take the densities of darkness within our stories and convert them into creations of our choosing— releasing them back into the world in brighter, more colorful forms.

This ability to be energetic alchemists is one of the most beautiful aspects of being human.

As you watch what unfolds with our DUEL DIAGNOSIS project, this is what you are witnessing. Years of darkness, pain, and struggle becoming something Brighter. We hope you will join us as we continue to challenge stigma and shame in unique ways.
