NYC 1983 . I was completely obsessed with the film Taxi Driver so the first thing I did when I moved to New York was visit the locations. This is East 13th the scene of much action. Everything is mostly gone now but it looked pretty much the same in the early 80s as it did in the 70s. I think I was 18 at the time. (Only dreadlocks visible are in the front.
