Y’all asked for workout videos so here’s a quick lead-leg hurdle drill clip.

I had to readjust after H1 because I underestimated how close H2 was but that’s the KEY to being an elite hurdler.. you MUST be able to adapt mid-race/drill. Honestly, that’s the key to success in any field, you must be able to adapt and react even when things don’t go as planned.
