CONSISTENCY - one of the most important parts of fitness. And one of the biggest challenges for most of us this year. For me, when the gym is taken away from me or my ability to train due to injury or sickness...something feels off. Something feels missing and I actually don’t feel like myself, at all. I get in a funk & my mood shifts majorly. I wasn’t always like this though. Fitness became a part of who I am after years of consistency. I fell in love with the process! I started out with things that I found fun. And that is the best answer to the question a lot of you ask me. “Where should I start?” Find something you think is fun & make it consistent! Maybe it’s morning walks with your dog, boxing, dancing around the kitchen with your toddler. Take that & make it a conscious part of your day that you do intentionally...even if for 10-15min. After a while it will become a part of your routine & when you don’t have it you will feel ‘off’. CONSISTENCY 👊🏼 a great place to start!
